Drake has practiced law for 33 years – 20 of those years running a full service title company and ten years dedicated to his real estate company….within the realm of real estate. Responding to the numerous requests from our valued clients, Drake embarked on a new journey in 2021 by obtaining an MLO (Mortgage Loan Originator) license. This significant step led to the proud establishment of our mortgage brokerage office, where Drake personally oversees every application for new mortgages, whether for home purchase, refinancing, or a reverse mortgage. A referral is the best compliment a client can give someone, and David has been working exclusively with clients he’s received by referral for over 30 years.

Since 1992, he’s had the opportunity to originate loans through the retail, lender and broker channels. It’s this cross section of experience, coupled with his years of service as an underwriting manager and wholesale account executive, that provide him with a unique understanding of all phases of the mortgage process.

David’s experience in the Non-QM segment, the conventional (GSE) market, private and partial payment notes show his expertise and the value he brings to clients in a wide variety of transactions.
